FAQ’s

1) Do you have a minimum quantity of items your embroider?

Yes, the set-up cost and time spend to digitise and image for embroidery does not make it financially viable to embroider less than 10 units with a logo. Should you only need text for like a website, names, etc. embroidered we can assist.

2) What is your turnaround time?

We try to complete your embroidery within 72 hours. However in Silly season we might need more time.

3) How do I get a quote for embroidery?

Please email your image to be embroidered, size and position of embroidery and quantity to info@hbcg.co.za we can only supply an accurate quote once we have this. Should you have Pantones, RGB or CMYK references please supply us with this. Computer screens differ and the blue you see, might be Purple on our screens. We might require you to come in and use thread colors.

4) What format should your logo for embroidery be in?

Because we do our own digitising we can use Jpeg, Pdf, AI, Eps, Gif, PNG etc.

5) Can I bring my own garments for embroidery?

Yes you can. We cannot embroider on leather, socks or shoes. Please no horse blankets. When we cannot frame to item for embroidery we can make a “badge” and sew or hot glue it in position.

6) Can you send a rep to our offices to assist us in selecting garments to suit our needs?

Yes we can. Our highly skilled staff has got years of experience and academic qualifications to assist you in selecting the best garments for your needs

7) Do you offer printing as well?

Although embroidery and CMT is our main focus we work in tandem with a number of professional Screen printers and Heat-set experts.

8) Do you have credit card facilities?

No, Cash or eft only. We make use of Sagepay. A link will be send to you with your invoice to pay us online?

9) Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are 4350 273 217

10) Do you comply with industry bodies?

We are a voluntary member of the Clothing industry Bargaining council (CIBC), we pay our staff more than the Minimum prescribed wage rates.

11) Are you BEE verified?

We are a Verified Level 4 contributor.

12)Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

 

13)How do I order

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

 

14)How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

 

15)I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

 

16)How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

 

17)I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

18)How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 

19)When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
